At Lily’s Garden Organics, we believe we provide ethically sourced, natural, organic, gentle products for the skin, and Aromatherapy candles made from ethically sourced soy wax and pure essential oils with no synthetic ingredients whatsoever.  However, certain individuals can be sensitive to even the most natural products.  Therefore please read the following disclaimer:

  • Content on our website, social media, conversations and messages exchanged with us are provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. Product information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
  • Comments and feedback about product effectiveness are based on customer, staff and family opinions and should not be substituted for medical advice or treatment.

ORDERS

Product descriptions, prices, payment procedures and delivery options are displayed on our website.  All prices include VAT but do not include delivery charge.

We currently accept payment via Paypal and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express  We process payment immediately via our Paypal gateway.  It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.

We will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided at the checkout page.  To cancel or change your order please follow our Returns Policy.  We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order that we believe may result in a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

In the event that you have any difficulty placing an order, please contact us directly and we will make every attempt to resolve the issue.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and cancellations

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

But please contact us  if you have any problems with your order.

Some items cannot be exchanged due to health/hygiene reasons.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping

Our items are available for shipping in the U.K. International orders must contact us first for an accurate shipping price as this will vary for each item and country.

We offer a 3-5 day delivery from dispatch. Please contact us if you require a faster delivery method.

Dispatch times vary depending on the product ordered. As all items are handmade even though all reasonable efforts are made to dispatch as soon as possible on occasion dispatch may take longer than usual levels.

Different products are subject to different delivery services and time scales all this information will be available to select from at the checkout. All items are advertised as in stock or made to order. In the event an item goes out of stock or cannot be made to order, we will contact you and either dispatch the item when it is restocked or refund your order in full.

Some areas may require a surcharge for delivery in the majority of cases this will be added automatically at the checkout. On a rare occasion, this is not added we will contact you regarding this and inform you of your options. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction without prejudice if the item cannot be delivered without the surcharge being paid.

Delivery timeframes are a guide only. We cannot be held accountable for adverse weather, courier issues, and delays. Whilst we will assist as much as possible to help with any issues, we like all online sellers rely on the courier companies for the transport of goods and therefore have to adhere to their terms and conditions which state all delivery services are estimates.

We can also not be held responsible for any subsequent losses due to deliveries being delayed.
